LOCATION: On board the Wind Surf sailing ship around Italy

Last night, during the night, we passed by the “toe” of Italy’s “boot”. Today is a day at sea, without stopping.
I had a beautifully prepared tostada with a poached egg over arugula for breakfast.
Then, mid-morning, we attended a cooking demonstration at which the Bulgarian executive chef taught us how to make a seafood risotto.
We spent time lounging on the deck reading and people-watching.
At lunch, we sat next to a honeymooning couple from Japan. Cute.
Then, in the afternoon, we attended a wine-tasting class. The sommelier was very knowledgeable.
We ate dinner in the main dining room with a nice couple from Perth, Australia.
During the night, we will sail around the “heel” of Italy’s “boot”.
